Installation step
1.Put the end of vacuum pump connection with its press ,another end
linked with the interface of press which located in the back of
machine .
2.Put the 6 pieces of tube insert to the interface of the back of
machine which position 1.2 3. 4. 5. 6(guarantee tube insert its
bottom completely to prevent from leaking and air)
3.One end of electrical line insert into the electrical port of the
back of machine., another end insert in the socket
one end of power supply cord insert into the interface of power
source of box rear. another end insert in the socket of the input
of power source (must use good electrical line and will insert it
ensure to fix strongly).
4.Put the irrigate shelves fax in the worktable and make the air
pipe connect with the press , the 6 pieces of tube insert the
position 1.2.3.4.5.6, anther end connected with hole of irrigating
( ensure the tube insert its bottom completely and never leak air )
5.Installation finished
Test step
1. Prepare one barrel of water, and put the tube insert into the
water.
2. Set the time of taking out the air .(The time is setted between
20-30S),
3. Setting the count , the max No. is 999999
Adjust the run off of the ink, open the cover of machine , there
are three needle which located in 6 transparent bottles, and there
are 3 piece of line of black, yellow, blue which located in the top
of the needle. The black one is public line ,
According the speed of the taking out the ink , to adjust, can use
the switch of vacuum.
4.According the speed of input the ink , to adjust, can use the
switch of air
5..Using the water to adjust then to product.
6..Open the power of the right of the machine , the LED of count
display is zero ,but the time do not show(If the time is move that
its belongs to unusual and power it again)
7.Put the cartridge into the irrigable worktable , open the switch
of press , closed them tightly.
8.Open the power , according the series of filling the ink and open
the right of in the machine as the ranking of 1~2~3~4~5~6.
9.Open the power , the machine start to work , when the time stop
and start absorb the ink to the bottle of machine , after finishing
, when absorb the ink according your setting then the ink will
flowed into the cartridge automatically.
10..Adjust finish.
